Antioxidants protect the body against free radicals. Free radicals are molecules which cause cell damage and disease. Known by many as nature’s antidepressant, cacao is a natural source of serotonin, tryptophan, tyrosine and phenylethylamine, which have been shown to help with depression. Raw cacao is an all-around great source of numerous healthy compounds including theobromine, polyphenols, vitamins, minerals.

It has antifungal, antiviral, anti-depressant, and anti-inflammatory properties.
The Indian Kino tree extract is also know as Pterocarpus marsupium, Malabar kino, vijayasar, benga, bijiayasal (in western Nepal), piasal (Oriya), and venkai. Pterocarpus marsupium bark is used as an astringent, anti-diarrheal, and antacid and is also effective in Pancreatic β-cell regeneration; the pancreas produces insulin.
Blueberry is used for preventing cataracts and glaucoma and for treating ulcers, urinary tract infections (UTIs), multiple sclerosis (MS), chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), colic, fever, varicose veins, and hemorrhoids. This “vitamin” (which is actually a hormone) is essential for many important functions in the body. Vitamin D deficiency has been associated with diseases such as heart disease, strokes, type 2 diabetes, common cancers (breast, prostate, and colon), and multiple sclerosis. Some people can't absorb vitamin D from sunshine as easily as other people, and in some cases people who work indoors for long periods of time can't get proper or healthy exposure to sunlight, so it is important to have a high quality supplement.
